John McAfee Reveals Identity Of Bitcoin Founder
John McAfee, a crypto enthusiast, businessman, and future presidential candidate of the United States, tweeted a message in which he promised to reveal the real name of the bitcoin founder hiding under the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto.
John McAfee states that no government or security agency can hide behind a pseudonym. There is a group of people behind the development of bitcoin, but the author of the project description was one person, and if he does not reveal himself, then, according to McAfee, rumors will still accompany this person.
The crypto community spends a lot of time searching for the real Satoshi since some individuals pretend to be the creator of bitcoin from time to time, and they have to constantly fight impostors. The businessman promised that he would regularly notify people about new details related to Satoshi, until he admits it's him by himself.
According to John McAfee, not knowing the Satoshi's personality leads to other negative consequences. He cited the example of Craig Wright's creation of a scam project for the development of Bitcoin SV cryptocurrency, which harmed the reputation of the crypto sphere.
Then McAfee again shocked the public in his message, admitting that he had been abusing alcohol and drugs since the age of 19, but he managed to create a company that counteracts hackers.
After such statements, the businessman began to receive dozens of emails in which the authors confessed that they are Satoshi Nakamoto. McAfee asked them not to waste time in vain and hinted that the creator of bitcoin had Indian origin.
As previously reported, US authorities accused John McAfee of tax evasion.
