Russian Crypto Pyramid To Be Excluded From Register Of UK Enterprises
The registration chamber of Great Britain will delete Cashbery Limited, one of the enterprises of the financial holding company Cashbery, from the list. The instruction will take effect in early December, Interfax reports.
According to the concept of bona vacantia, movable and immovable property, as well as the associated rights of Cashbery Limited, will become the property of the crown since they will remain without an owner.
There is information on the Chamber’s website that Artur Vardanyan, born in 1983, is the founder of Cashbery International Limited. In the record of Cashbery Limited, a physical person with the same name and surname but with a different date of birth, 1980, is registered as a manager.
At the same time, Elvira Nabiullina, the head of the Central Bank of Russia, compared the activities of Cashbery with the activities of sellers at metro stations, who offer financially unaware citizens to buy tokens under the guise of crypto money.
In early autumn of this year, the state regulator of Russia called the activities of Cashbery a financial pyramid, and the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia came up with a lawsuit demanding to stop the operation of the Cashbery websites.
Consequently, Cashbery was obliged to suspend work until the beginning of November, the head of the company Artur Vardanyan informed in a video message on the YouTube channel.
