Binance Crypto Exchange Lists Ravencoin Cryptocurrency
Binance, a crypto exchange, announced the opening of a new trading pair on its platform on October 12 at 4:00 (UTC), according to the company’s official website.
Ravencoin tokens (RVN), issued in January 2018, are now available for trading on the platform. RVN is paired with Bitcoin (BTC) and Binance Coin (BNB), the exchange’s coin.
Binance also informed its users that the deposit option for the new cryptocurrency is already available for trading.
As of October 11, the RVN daily trading volume is about $8.4 million, the market capitalization has risen to nearly $35.1 million, and one token is priced at $0.17. At the time of the RVN release, its starting price was $0.03 on the crypto market. In May, the cryptocurrency reached its maximum of $0.057.
The Ravencoin creators emphasize that their cryptocurrency is bitcoin-based, but the developers continue to evolve their own digital system. They also invite other IT professionals to use open source code for further development through the GitHub platform.
Ravencoin positions itself as a company that has developed an extremely transparent wallet and a fast system performance in the Lightning Network.
The Binance platform warns that investors should always consider the negative impact of market conditions on the crypto rate volatility, despite the fact that the platform selects the most reliable and high-quality assets for trading.
As previously reported, Binance will start to delist four cryptocurrencies on October 12 at 10:00 (UTC) .
