The Enigma blockchain project team will make the first public presentation on their privacy oriented smart-contract technology, the so-called “secret contracts” during Consensus 2018.

The project representatives noted that publicity is the weak point of smart contracts and in some cases may become a significant drawback. Therefore, they focused on the "secret contracts" development, which hides information about transactions from validating nodes. The specialists managed to achieve increased privacy using coinmixers, which do not allow to track the sender.

Enigma was founded by specialists from the Massachusetts Technology Institute. The company managed to attract $45 million of investments through their ICO.

As previously reported, on April 28, the Waves team announced the launch of Turing-incomplete smart contracts inside its test network.

Welll, what's the reason of validation?
To validate is to clarify, you can't validate unless you know what are you dealing with.
